Why 100?
One hundred is large enough to bring together an extraordinary range of Black women across industries, generations, and lived experiences. Small enough that strangers become sisters, conversations become collaborations, and community continues long after Salvador.

Salvador, Bahia, is one of the most significant centers of African diasporic life in the world. Its history, creativity, beauty, spirituality, music, food, and living cultural traditions create a setting unlike any other for Black women to remember, restore, connect, and imagine.

A day of sacred work: remembering the woman beneath the responsibilities, expectations, and burdens she has learned to carry. And then, we step into Salvador itself, encountering a city where Black history, culture, spirituality, and brilliance are not peripheral, but everywhere. Here, remembering becomes personal and ancestral.

The Reunion
You remember your sisters.
Across cultures, languages, and continents, we gather with extraordinary Black women leaders from Brazil to connect, learn, and lean into one another. Through meaningful dialogue, cultural exchange, and shared wisdom, we strengthen the bonds of global sisterhood and imagine what becomes possible when Black women build, prosper, and move forward together.
Day Four • Chapter Four
The Deepening
The heart of the Summit.
A day for the conversations Black women rarely have the space, safety, or time to have with one another. Across generations, industries, and borders, women from the United States and Brazil come together for the kinds of conversations that reach beyond leadership and into the places that matter to our lives, our souls, and our spirits.
And as day turns to evening, the conversation gives way to something extraordinary: an intimate conversation with a remarkable voice on leadership, life, and legacy, followed by a private concert created exclusively for this gathering.

The Restoration
You receive what you have so freely poured into others.
A day with nowhere to perform and nothing to prove. Time near the ocean, space for spa and restoration, quiet conversation, journaling, reflection, and the freedom to follow what your own body and spirit are asking for.

Where Vision Becomes the Charge
More than twenty years ago, Aché Lytle left the United States with an entrepreneurial spirit and an insatiable curiosity about the world. While living in Buenos Aires, Argentina, she launched her first business, beginning a path that would take her across cultures, continents, and ultimately toward the work she was meant to do.
From Argentina to Japan, Cuba, and Brazil, Aché has spent decades building bridges between people, cultures, and communities. Long before experiential travel became popular, she was designing immersive experiences that invited people to encounter a place not simply as tourists, but through its history, culture, people, and the enduring spirit of the African diaspora.
Among all the places she explored, Salvador da Bahia became something entirely different. What began as a visit became both a second home and a relationship that has continued to deepen for more than two decades. There, she cultivated lasting friendships, meaningful partnerships, educator exchanges, leadership experiences, and cultural immersions that would ultimately become the foundation for the 100 Black Women Summit.
As a leadership strategist, executive coach, and organizational development practitioner, Aché has spent her career helping leaders and organizations navigate complexity, cultivate healthier cultures, and lead with greater authenticity. Throughout her work, one question has remained at the center:
What becomes possible when people are fully seen, deeply connected, and free to lead from their truest selves?
The 100 Black Women Summit is where those two lifelong pursuits converge: a twenty-year relationship with Salvador and a career devoted to leadership, transformation, and designing experiences that change how people see themselves, and what they believe is possible.
